NOMEDA is bootstrapped. The work so far has been self-funded, with no outside capital. There is no headcount budget, no open roles, and no active hiring plan.

The way we want to build NOMEDA.
Even before we have a full team, the way we work is set. These are the principles we are building on.
Ship fast, ship often
We prefer working software over perfect plans. We ship in weeks, not quarters.
Direct ownership
No layers of management. The person closest to the problem makes the call.
AI-native
We use AI in our own workflows coding, design, ops and we build AI products for others.
MENA-first mindset
We design for the region, not as an afterthought. Arabic, local payment, local compliance come first.

The plan is for NOMEDA to grow into a real team over the next few years. When we do start hiring, here is the rough shape of what that will look like no specific roles or comp yet, because we are not there.
Engineering
Frontend, backend, full-stack engineers who want to build production software that thousands of businesses will use daily.

Engineers and researchers who can build Arabic-first AI products LLMs, agents, OCR, RAG systems.
